Bri brings a calm, gentle, and nurturing presence to her work with clients. She understands that therapy can feel vulnerable, and she values creating a space where people feel emotionally safe, supported, and able to show up as they are.

Bri works with people of all ages, primarily those 12 and older, and provides both individual and couples therapy. She has experience supporting clients through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life stress, and other emotional and mental health challenges.

At the center of Bri’s work is a strengths-based approach. She believes each person brings their own skills, wisdom, resilience, and capacity for change into the therapy room. Rather than focusing only on what feels difficult or overwhelming, Bri helps clients recognize what is already within them and build from that foundation.

Her approach is relational, supportive, and grounded in helping clients feel understood. Bri draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to support clients in processing experiences, developing insight, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful change.

To work with Bri is to have someone steady and compassionate in your corner. She brings gentleness, care, and respect to the therapy process while helping clients identify their strengths, navigate challenges, and move toward growth in a way that feels authentic to them.

Outside of the office, Bri enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, traveling, and reading.

Bri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner who provides counseling services for adolescents, adults, and couples.
