A little more about me

Roz has a way of looking at the whole person, not just the concern that brought them into therapy. She understands that emotional well-being is often shaped by many layers of life — relationships, health, pain, loss, identity, body image, stress, and the roles people carry over time.

Roz works with adolescents, adults, and couples who are navigating relationship challenges, health-related stress, chronic pain, cancer-related concerns, body image struggles, eating disorder history, and seasons of emotional heaviness or change. She is especially drawn to the places where mental health, physical health, and relationships overlap.

Her work is thoughtful, relational, and grounded in the belief that people deserve to be understood in the full context of their lives. Roz creates space for honest conversations about what has been hard, what has changed, what has been lost, and what it means to care for yourself in the middle of it all.

To work with Roz is to have someone who can sit with the deeper layers of your experience without rushing you toward a quick answer. She brings warmth, perspective, and a steady respect for the complexity of being human.

Roz provides counseling services for adolescents, adults, and couples in Kearney, Nebraska, and through telehealth across Nebraska.
