Christine brings a warm, steady, and compassionate presence to her work with clients. She understands that many people come to therapy after spending a long time carrying more than others can see — caring for others, managing health concerns, navigating life stress, or trying to keep going through emotionally difficult seasons.

Christine is especially drawn to supporting caregivers, individuals navigating chronic illness, and people who feel worn down by the weight of responsibility, uncertainty, or change. Her work offers clients a place to pause, feel supported, and begin sorting through what they have been holding.

Christine’s approach is grounded in care, respect, and meeting each person where they are. She values helping clients feel less alone in their experiences while supporting them in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and finding steadier ways to move through life’s challenges.

For clients who desire it, Christine is able to incorporate Christian counseling into the therapeutic process. She honors each client’s values and beliefs, allowing faith to be part of the conversation when it feels meaningful and appropriate to the client.

To work with Christine is to have someone who listens with patience, responds with compassion, and creates room for both honesty and hope. Her style is gentle, supportive, and grounded in helping clients feel cared for as they navigate difficult seasons.
