Joe brings a calm, contemplative, and exploratory presence to his work with clients. His style is thoughtful and go-with-the-flow, creating room for clients to slow down, reflect, and begin sorting through what feels unclear, disconnected, or unresolved.

Joe enjoys working with young adults and individuals who are navigating questions of identity, purpose, relationships, values, and personal direction. He has a particular interest in supporting young men and others who may not have had many spaces where they could speak openly, feel supported, or explore what they are carrying without pressure or judgment.

Joe’s approach is grounded in curiosity and self-understanding. He values helping clients explore their inner world, notice the patterns that shape their choices, and better understand what matters to them. His work is less about forcing quick answers and more about creating space for honest reflection, meaningful insight, and movement toward a life that feels more aligned.

Joe draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems-informed concepts. These approaches allow him to support clients in identifying their values, understanding different parts of themselves, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and taking steps toward change in a way that feels realistic and authentic.

To work with Joe is to have space to think out loud, explore honestly, and move at a pace that feels manageable. He brings steadiness, openness, and thoughtful support to the therapy process, helping clients make sense of where they are and what they want to move toward.
