
Melissa Craig, LCSW, LIMHP

Melissa currently works with adults, adolescents, and children ages 12 and up, families, and couples. She has specialized training in the areas of behavior and trauma. Melissa has the ability with her licensure to see most insurances, including Tricare and Medicare!
Melissa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner. She holds a Master's Degree from UNO and has many years of experience in social work and connecting with individuals, families, and children. She has experience in areas of adjustment, depression, anxiety, O and relationships. Melissa uses a strength-based perspective in working with all clients. Melissa utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy as some of her therapeutic modalities.
Personally, Melissa enjoys spending time with her 3 children, husband, family, and friends. She enjoys traveling and reading.
Erica Edwards, LCSW, LIMHP

Erica works with people of all ages, providing individual, couples and family therapy. She believes in a strength-based approach and that everyone has skills and qualities that can be built upon in order to facilitate change. Erica has a special interest in working in the areas of depression, anxiety and trauma. She is trained in various types of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and EMDR. Erica has over 13 years of experience in social work and human service in the Tri-City area. She can accept most insurances, including Medicare and Tricare.
Jeff Lange, MS, LIMHP

Jeff has been providing outpatient therapy services since 2006 in the Kearney area. He currently holds licensure as a mental health practitioner and is also on the State Provider List to provide substance abuse evaluations. Jeff is able to provide individual and family therapy as well as substance abuse evaluations. He specializes in working with adolescent individuals or families of adolescents struggling with behavioral issues (defiance) in home or school. He also provides treatment for anxiety, relationship issues, depression, and other mental health issues.
Jeff provides services for individuals with insurance and self pay. Referrals can be made directly or contact him through the information provided in the contact section. Scheduling is flexible.
Roz Sheldon, LCSW, LIMHP

Roz has several years of experience working with teens, adults, couples and families. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner, she works with a variety of emotional and mental health issues.
Roz specializes in the treatment of individuals that experience an eating disorder. Her work also includes other disordered eating patterns such as binge eating or restrictive eating. She has received additional training in this area and worked with medical providers in the community and in treatment programs to assist clients.
As a cancer survivor, Roz has a unique perspective working with those struggling with cancer survivorship, grief, and medical and/or disability issues.
Another area of focus is relationship counseling for all stages of a relationship. She has been trained in Gottman Method for Couples Therapy and Discernment Counseling.
Roz believes in creating an inviting environment and a working relationship so clients can grow and evolve. Therapeutic goals are always tailored to the individual and their needs. She has had the privilege to teach as a adjunct faculty for undergraduate and graduate level students and believes in life long learning.
Brittany Sulu, MS, LIMHP, LADC

Brittany is an independently licensed mental health practitioner (LIMHP) and a licensed drug and alcohol counselor (LADC) that currently works with clients of all ages, primarily those ages 12 and up, with a variety of mental health issues. She has experience working with clients with adjustment, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Brittany also has experience working with adolescents struggling with behavioral issues and defiance. She is trained to treat clients with substance abuse disorders and has experience working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Brittany is also a Registered Service Provider, which allows her to complete drug and alcohol evaluations as well as co-occurring evaluations. Brittany utilizes strengths-based, solution-focused, and dialectical behavior approaches when working with clients. She is also trained in EMDR.
Derek Schweitzer, LCSW, LIMPH

Derek Schweitzer has over ten years of experience in the social work field. Mr. Schweitzer joined our team in May of 2022. He works with children, adolescents and adults providing services individually, as couples, and as families. He has a passion for working with grief and loss along with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and major mental illness. Mr. Schweitzer uses a strengths-based approach with all clients and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Structural Family Therapy (SFT) as approaches to treatment.
Derek enjoys being with his family, being active outdoors, hunting, cars and motorcycles.
Jakelynn Broeder, PLMHP

Jakelynn graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Social Work. She also obtained a degree in psychology from the University of Nebraska Kearney. She has 3 years of experience in working in the mental health field, both inpatient and outpatient settings. Jakelynn enjoys working with adolescents and adults, and is open to seeing a wide variety of mental health issues. In her free time, Jakelynn enjoys weightlifting, reading, hiking and traveling.
